Live Coaching Packages for 2025
What are the Live Coaching Packages?
The packages includes six, one hour, live coaching sessions where Dr Salena provides Q&A group support over Zoom for participants completing the body image healing courses.
Each course has its own live coaching package with the six sessions scheduled over two months. Packages are available to purchase four times a year. You can purchase however many packages you need.
The days/ times of all the live coaching sessions are set for local time in Sydney, Australia. Please use a time zone convertor if you intend on joining live from other locations.
Who are the Live Coaching Packages for?
The packages are for any participant who feels that additional support would be beneficial in completing the course, understanding the course content and practicing the skills taught on the course.
Will my screen be shared on Zoom during the live sessions?
No. Only Dr Salena’s screen will be visible during the live sessions.
How do I submit a question for the live coaching sessions?
You can email your questions direct to Dr Salena on salena@thewisebodyhub.com
Your names will not be mentioned when Dr Salena responds to questions sent via email before the coaching sessions.
If you don’t mind being identified, you are also welcome to type your questions in the chat box during the live coaching sessions.
Is there a guarantee my question will be answered in the coaching session?
Dr Salena will endeavour to answer as many questions as possible within the one hour session.
Similar questions emailed through before the coaching session will be addressed collectively.
All responses provided are intended for general education only. Dr Salena will be unable to provide any individualised psychology advice in the sessions, and if asked, will redirect you to consult with your GP or other health professional.
What if I purchase a package and miss any of the sessions?
All live coaching sessions will be recorded and emailed to all participants who purchased the package. You will have the chance to watch all coaching sessions even if you do not attend live.
If you miss the chance to ask a live question, you can submit it for the next coaching session.
Can I swap from one live coaching package to another later in the year?
Unfortunately not. When you purchase a live coaching package, you will receive access to the Zoom links for those months that cannot be retracted or changed.
Please choose carefully which package would be suitable for you.
What are the tentative dates and time for the launch of the live coaching package in 2025?

The time is tentatively set for 7pm at local time in Sydney, Australia.
What else do I need to know about the Live Coaching Package?
The Live Coaching Package cost is TBA (incl. GST).
All costs are in AUD.
