Live Group Coaching Packages

What are the Live Group Coaching Packages?

The packages includes six, one hour group coaching sessions where Dr Salena provides live Q&A support over Zoom for participants completing a body image healing course (so 6 hours in total).

As each course is released, there will be a corresponding live group coaching package released with it.

There are four rounds of live group coaching available over the year:

Round 1- Feb and Mar

Round 2- May and Jun

Round 3- Aug and Sep

Round 4- Oct and Nov

The launch of the Live Group Coaching Package will be Aug and Sep 2025.

What days and times are the live sessions offered?

The planned day and time for the launch of the Live Group Coaching Package for the Foundation Course is:

TUESDAY 8:00PM (Sydney local time)

Please use a time zone convertor if you intend on joining live from other locations.

Who are the Live Group Coaching Packages for?

The packages are for any course participant who feels that additional support would be beneficial in completing the course, understanding the course content or putting the skills into action.

Do I need to turn my video on during the live sessions?

Not at all! If you’re interested in protecting your anonymity, you can join with your video off and use a different screen name.

How do I submit a question for the live sessions?

The preferred way is to email your questions to salena@thewisebodyhub.com

You are also welcome to type your questions in the chat box during the live coaching sessions and Dr Salena will aim to answer them if there is time.

Will all my questions be answered in the live sessions?

Dr Salena will endeavour to answer as many questions as possible within the session but it may not be possible to answer all questions within the hour.

To make the most of every live session, similar questions emailed through before the live session will be addressed collectively.

If a question refers to a specific, individualised issue, Dr Salena will aim to provide helpful but generalised advice that many participants may benefit from.

What if I purchase a package and miss any of the live sessions?

Not a problem! All live coaching sessions will be recorded and be made available for course participants who purchased the package.

You will have the chance to watch all coaching sessions even if you do not attend live.

Can I swap from one package to another later in the year?

Unfortunately not. When you purchase a live coaching package, you will receive access to the Zoom links for those months that cannot be retracted or changed.

Please choose carefully which months would be suitable for you if you wish to attend live.

What else do I need to know about the Live Group Coaching Packages?

The Live Group Coaching Package will be normally priced at $299 (incl. GST).

All costs are in AUD.
