The Founder- Dr Salena Bhanji
Founding The Wise Body Hub has been a long-held dream of mine. As a psychologist with many years of experience treating numerous mental health conditions, one of my deepest passions has been working with disordered eating and body image concerns.
In this work, I am continually humbled by the moments I get to witness women soften their inner critics, nurture their inner child parts and connect with their Wise selves. These breakthroughs rarely come without effort or resistance, yet the rewards are profound and the transformations can be life-changing.
I am especially passionate about supporting women whose relationships with their bodies have been shaped by stigma and discrimination. Such experiences can disconnect us from ourselves, leaving the body feeling unsafe to inhabit or to show to the world.
Through The Wise Body Hub, I bring both my professional expertise and lived experience to create a space of safety and compassion. My vision is to walk alongside any woman who wishes to live fully, wisely, and authentically in her body, now.
